Registration & Abstract submission

Online registration is open

All registrations for ISEO2016 must be submitted through the online registration form


Using this link, you will create a conference profile from which you can enter the registration system. After creating your profile, you will receive, via E-mail and within 48h, an invitation to complete your registration and to proceed to the payment. As detailed in the general information section, early registration fees must be paid before June 30th.

Abstract submission

All poster and presentation submissions should follow the templates attached hereafter.




Please strictly follow these models when creating your abstract, and save it as “poster_first author.doc” or “poster_first author.docx” format for a poster presentation, or “oral_first author.doc” or “oral_first author.docx” format for an oral presentation. These documents should be sent by E-mail at , with the mention “abstract submission” in the message subject. If a same author sends several abstracts, the names “poster_first author_1.doc(x)”, “poster_first author_2.doc(x)” etc… can be used.

Any submission not in accordance with these standard formats will be rejected. Each abstract should be submitted before May 15th. The abstracts will be reviewed by the organizing committee, and the presenting author will be notified of the final decision before May 31th.

The accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts. The definite acceptance of the research contribution and the publication in the Book of Abstracts are contingent upon payment of all fees due, before July 15th.

Authors whose abstracts have been accepted for presentation are invited to submit an article for consideration of publication in a special issue of the Flavour and Fragrance Journal devoted to the ISEO2016. All contributions to this special issue will be fully refereed according to the usual standards of the journal, therefore acceptance of a paper for presentation at the Conference does not necessarily guarantee acceptance for publication in the Special Issue.
