WHY PAY THE TAX TO THE IAE OF NICE?

Since 2020 apprenticeship tax collection has changed within the frame of the " Loi Avenir professionnel", law.
The IAE Nice, Graduate School of Management still benefits from the apprenticeship tax. From 2020, 13% of your apprenticeship tax can be directed towards the IAE (compared with 23% back in 2015).
The new scheme, named “Solde de la taxe d’apprentissage” represents 13% of it. These funds are meant for voluntary expenditure from the company.
The French Labour Code specifies which schools are eligible to receive these funds (art. L6241-5, French Labour Code) and if companies’ contributions can be in kind.
In the February 9th, 2018 press release, the French Department for Work and Pensions explains that this 13% must be used as a financial link from companies. This means they can support the higher education establishments of their choosing (universities and school for that matter) with their professional training policy.
