Title: What does 'we' want? Mindreading and preference aggregation within teams

Abstract:  The paper introduces a theory of mind in a game-theoretical framework so as to explain the formation of players' subjective beliefs. It is then possible to derive a preference aggregation theorem for teams of players looking for a mutual advantage. This framework can justify Gauthier's (2010) maximin proportionate principle and offers a partial reconciliation of Bacharach's and Sugden's theories of team reasoning.
